All our jewelries are made from 925 Sterling Silver, in a combination of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Silver is the dignifying beauty while copper adds to the strength, and gives it a solid, intriguing shape. Sterling silver grade is an astonishing precious metal grade that can be worn all day, everyday without fear of damaging. All it takes is a little, regular cleaning to ensure it maintains its sparkle. We shared cleaning tips to ensure longevity of your precious jewelries in the jewelries section.

We also use natural precious stones which are indicated on each product. We also make some of our jewels with zircons and glass.

Our assurance of quality is an unbroken promise we are making to you. Most of our jewelry pieces are made by ourselves in Mallorca. We also collaborate with other trusted workshops outside Mallorca to make creative jewelries that you would love.

We strive to make you happy by making the best quality jewelry pieces for you. If our jewelries fall below your expectation, our promise to you is to offer the best solution at the time.

Product Warranty

All jewelry is guaranteed for one year from delivery. If, during this period, your jewelry has suffered any breakage or damage, please contact us. We will need you to keep the defective product and send us a photo showing the status, only then can we process your request. Once the condition has been assessed, and depending on the situation and the product, we will provide a suitable solution for you. However, we cannot guarantee a solution when we have not checked the state of the product.

This warranty does not cover breakages due to misuse.

The warranty also does not cover dirt on the jewelry. Please note that Sterling Silver 925 is a precious metal and can get dirty. In case you have a problem with the dirt on your jewelry you will need to clean it using one of these methods. You can contact us to get an explanation on the best method to use in cleaning your jewelry.
