Will I be charged duties & taxes?
All taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
All international orders (any orders shipped outside the European union) will go through checkout and are subject to customs duties and taxes. Some countries may require additional fees. These additional fees are beyond our control. All duties and taxes are nonrefundable. I want to change or cancel my order.
We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or need to cancel your order, please reach out immediately to email@example.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot make any guarantees.
What is the size of the necklaces?
You'll discover a description of each necklace, with its size, as we've several designs with different sizes. All the necklaces have an adjustable chain that can be adjusted according to your style. And depending on the necklace, some have one extension and the others have another extension. You can discover this information in the characteristics of each necklace. On the description of the product, you will be able to discover out the size of any necklace. If you wish a special size for a specific necklace, please let us know and we'll attempt to discover a solution.
How to Find my Ring Size?
At the moment, only adjustable rings are available in our store. An adjustable ring is a ring with a little gap and what it allows you to do is to expand it to about half a ring size.
Why is that important? I like to wear a big ring on my middle finger. The challenge is - my knuckle is a size 10.5 and my actual finger is a size 10.
All you have to do is expand it out a little bit, place the ring over my knuckle, squeeze it in, and now I have a great fit! The same thing can apply in the summer if your fingers shrink and swell. Is the price for the earrings indicated per unit or per pair?
We mainly sell earrings in pairs. You can also clarify this using the following tips:
- In the product description, we always indicate whether you are buying a pair, or only one unit
- Pay attention to the product image. If the item in the picture with a white background has two earrings, it means that you will be buying a pair. However, if there is only one earring in the picture, it means that you will only buy one unit.
- Also by the product name, if you see "earrings" in the plural in the product name, it means that you are buying a pair. If "earring" is specified in the singular, it means the price for 1 unit
Do you restock products?
Yes, if you’d love to purchase an item that’s currently out of stock, head over to the product page and click the ruddy “Notify Me When Available” button. We'll send you an email notification as soon as the product is available for purchase. If the product you’re looking for is number longer on the site, it means we don't have plans to restock it. So sorry!
What materials are they?
Our jewels are of the highest quality, made of 925 sterling silver.
How can I make sure that I have made my purchase well?
Check in your mailbox that you have received an email confirming your order for LiaLay. If you don't have it, check that it's not in the spam tray, or contact us via info@LiaLay.com .
I did not receive an order confirmation, did my order come through?
There is a chance the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder, or perhaps you have entered an incorrect email address. If both of these are not the case, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you further!
I did not receive the discount code from the newsletter.

I entered a wrong shipping address
unfortunately, it is not possible to change the shipping address once the order is completed and processed. You can always send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to change the shipping address before your order is processed but there are no guarantees.
I received the wrong items.
Please email us at email@example.com and make sure to add your order number and a photo of the items you received. We will work it out for you!
When the price of an item I bought changes, is it possible for me to request a refund?
We occasionally have a discount promotion, this is influenced by our stock, trends, supply and demand. Unfortunately, in these cases it is not possible to receive the difference in price as a refund.
What to do if I have received a broken item?
If something is broken or damaged upon delivery, you have to notify us no later than 3 days after delivery. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and add a photo of the faulty item and your order number.
Please note that we cannot be held liable when you contact us later than 3 days after delivery.
